Help and FAQ

  • How does this site work?

    • Step 1 - Select
Browse through the audio and music titles available by using either the links on the left of this page. Choose your new audio title and add it to the basket.
    • Step 2 - Pay
We use PayPal to take payment which mean you can pay with any major debit or credit card, or your PayPal balance. PayPal handles all the security so you can be sure your details are safe - we never see your credit card details.
    • Step 3 - Download
Once your payment has gone through you'll be taken to a page to download your new audio content. You have 30 days in which to download your tracks to your computer. You may only download each track once.
  • What are the system requirements for the audio downloads?

That depends on the format of the title you choose. MP3 files will work with almost any modern Windows, Mac or Linux computer with speakers. Windows Media files with DRM protection require a Windows XP or Vista computer with Windows Media Player 10 or above.

The format of each title is displayed along with its full details, and also at the checkout. Please ensure your computer is compatible before purchasing the files as we cannot offer refunds due to incompatibility.

  • Will I be able to play the downloads on my Audio Player?

That depends on the format of the title you choose. MP3 files will work with almost any portable media player (commonly known as MP3 players), including iPods.

Windows Media files with DRM protection require a Media player which supports Windows Media DRM. The device must also be used in conjunction with a compatible computer (see above).

The format of each title is displayed along with its full details, and also at the checkout. Please ensure your media player is compatible before purchasing the files as we cannot offer refunds due to incompatibility.

If you have any further queries please contact us. Unfortunately we are unable to give advice regarding compatibility of individual models of player.
